Rest assured, the weight of the doors is not a concern, as it will not be
noticeable in daily use. Each door is equipped with two custom-made pin hinges,
each capable of supporting up to 1,000 lbs—well above the weight of the doors
themselves. While the doors will be heavier than standard wood doors, they will
not pose any difficulty when opening or closing. Once installed and leveled, the
strength of the hinges ensures that the weight remains imperceptible.
We own our production facilities in China, which allows us to manufacture the
doors directly rather than acting as a reseller or middleman. In fact, 99% of
our doors are produced there, enabling us to invest significantly in the
production process and technology. The quality is exceptional, and we are
confident you will love the final product. Additionally, we utilize 12-gauge
steel, the thickest and most durable option for these doors.
A full installation covers all aspects of the process and typically takes a full
workday. Installers will remove the old doors and jambs, install new jambs, and
hang the iron doors while ensuring everything is properly adjusted. They will
also replace all interior moldings to match the door's color, and can coordinate
exterior matching if needed. Our delivery team can also haul away your old
doors. Once completed, you will love your new front iron door, and your
neighbors will surely be curious about where you got it.
Our wrought iron doors are insulated for extreme climates, with dual-pane, low-E
glass. They’ve never had freezing or weather-related issues, and while the
exterior may warm in direct sun, the interior stays cool. Plus, they come with a
3-year finish warranty.
Each custom iron door is crafted by skilled artisans rather than being
mass-produced by machines. As unique and beautiful pieces of art, these doors
require time to create. We receive numerous orders daily, so we cannot begin
building your door immediately due to our current backlog. However, if you need
the door sooner, we can accommodate that request by producing it in our shop,
though please note that the price will be higher.

We use owner-operated trucks for direct delivery, ensuring your door is picked
up and brought straight to you without unnecessary handling or warehouse stops,
reducing the risk of damage. While cheaper services are available, we cannot
guarantee their reliability based on past experience. Our delivery fee reflects
the actual cost, with no markup.
Our prices are among the lowest in the country. Instead of negotiating higher
prices, we offer you our best price upfront. As one of the top distributors of
iron doors nationwide, we serve all 50 states and receive many referrals from
satisfied customers who appreciate our quality and value.
We adhere to a rigorous measurement process, checking multiple times daily to
ensure a perfect fit for every door. With 95% of doors being standard sizes, we
can quickly confirm the accuracy of your measurements. When we handle the
installation, we guarantee our work. After placing your order with a 30%
deposit, our installers will conduct a final measurement to ensure everything is
precise.
The process begins with an inquiry about the customer's location to determine if
an in-person measurement is feasible. If the customer is too far away, it is
explained that measuring is straightforward, requiring only the width and
height. If a measuring tape is available, guidance can be provided over the
phone. If the customer is not home, they are asked to provide photos of the door
from both the inside and outside to indicate where to measure. Since pricing is
based on size, an accurate quote can be given as soon as those dimensions are
received.
